Scope of Coaching

This coaching service is for people who feel they have lost touch with who they are, have become stuck in routines that no longer fulfil them, or sense there is more to life than simply getting through each day. The coaching process is designed to help Clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

This coaching programme is designed to support adults who wish to reconnect with themselves, gain clarity about their future, and create meaningful change in their lives.

The coaching process may explore areas including, but not limited to:

  • Rediscovering personal values, strengths, interests and passions
  • Building self-confidence and self-belief
  • Navigating life transitions and periods of uncertainty
  • Exploring purpose, meaning and personal fulfilment
  • Creating a vision for the next stage of life
  • Identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs
  • Improving motivation, focus and accountability
  • Developing healthier habits and routines
  • Enhancing personal wellbeing and life satisfaction
  • Exploring career, retirement, lifestyle or identity changes
  • Strengthening decision-making and goal-setting skills
  • Reconnecting with ambitions, aspirations and opportunities for growth

The coaching process is future-focused and action-oriented. The Coach may ask reflective questions, offer observations, provide frameworks and exercises, and support the Client in identifying goals and taking meaningful action.

The Client understands that coaching is intended to facilitate personal insight, learning and growth. Coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, providing psychotherapy or counselling, offering medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or any other regulated professional service.

Where issues arise that fall outside the scope of coaching, the Coach may recommend that the Client seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

The Client remains solely responsible for all decisions, actions and outcomes resulting from participation in coaching.
